Do you work on Heat Pumps?
We get a lot of calls asking this question so we added it to our FAQ's.
Sorry, we do not repair Heat Pump hot water systems. Although generally they are based old fashioned technology, we do not repair them because of their complexity. They do not use simple technology like an older element heated unit. They work like a fridge in reverse so it may be an electrical fault, it may be a refrigerant fault or it may be a plumbing fault. Potentially 3 different trades involved so if your heat pump has broken down, we recommend you contact the manufacturer or installation company.
