Our customer initially wanted a new larger electric tank however when we asked some questions about their hot water use it was advised to install a continuous flow unit. It seemed pointless installing a big 400 litre system that would be heating for weeks when the property was not used.
We assisted with gas being run onto the property and our customer also claimed a rebate from the gas distributor. We do the claim and provide it as a discount on the job cost.
These tankless systems provide endless hot water. Ultimately the customer did not want to run out of hot water, so this really was the only choice.
