Gravity Feed Electric to Rinnai B26

Tankless Gas

Rinnai B26

Our customer had a very old 1950's gravity feed electric hot water system.  Water pressure was poor in all tap fixtures around the house.  The old system was taking up space in a cupboard, normally these old units are in the roof space.

Our customer did not have natural gas on the property.  We assisted with this process.

Did you know?

It is free to run gas onto a residential property on the Mornington Peninsula and because the job is electric to gas hot water conversion and being a new gas connection, our customer qualified for a $1000 rebate from Australian Gas Networks.

We recommended a Rinnai B26 Rinnai hot water system, they are more affordable than you may think!  This is a true tankless installation!

The installation is now much simpler with a dedicated 50 Deg C Rinnai Gas Booster.  The plumbing is now much cleaner looking and it has freed up a lot of valuable space.  Water temperature delivery has much better pressure and volume, it is more stable as the Rinnai delivers 50 Deg C via its computer controlled system, it is not reliant on a mechanical tempering valve to do this like most storagesystems are.

The Rinnai B26 has a 10 year warranty on the heat exchanger and no pilot lights to worry about.  It is a high quality unit made in Japan.

Our customer also qualified for close to $1000 State Government VEEC rebate.  So all up close to $2000 in rebates was possible to help reduce the installation price .
