After providing over 20 years of reliable service, the old tank system finally needed replacing and the customer chose a Rinnai B 26 with delivery temperature factory set to 50 Deg C unit. The old system was still operating however our customer wanted to plan his new hot water purchase.
We call this a considered purchase.
This property was undergoing minor renovation work so it made sense to install a tankless system. The gas meter was close by so this made the choice easier as the installation cost were kept down.
