Can I Have A Continuous Flow?

I would say 80% of customers querying about a new hot water system ask if they can have an "instant" hot water. We call them continuous flow these days so they aren't confused with those old fashioned instantaneous systems. The good news is in most circumstances the answer is yes you can. Below are the main determining factors which you need to consider. We always like to complete a site visit when doing your free quote so we can check these installation factors.
- How far away is the gas meter? It will need a good supply of gas so the closer it is the better.
- If it's a long way from the gas meter, probably a larger new gas line will need to be run.
- It may need a gas pressure upgrade arranged through the gas retailer.
- It will need an external power point.
- Do you have good water pressure? If you have an original 50 year old house it may have old pipes.
