Rinnai Infinity 26 & Touch
The Rinnai infinity is the hot water that changed hot water forever in the 1990's. The Infinity 26 has a 12 year warranty on the copper heat exchanger, modern two tone case and the next model Touch comes complete with remote control water controller and transceiver. Option remotes can also be easily added.
The standard Infinity comes with status monitor on the front cover as standard, this assists the customer in identifying problems in the very rare case a fault develops. Most times, if a problem occurs it is other factors and not the hot water system.
As an example, the gas may have been turned off, so the status monitor will flash 11, this indicates no gas. This assists the customer in checking gas supply prior to contacting a plumber or Rinnai.
The Touch model costs more than the Infinity 26, however, the value added remote and transceiver make the Touch a sensible choice.
