Q: They look like some other heat pumps on the market so are they the same?
A: They look a little similar some other brands yet a lot different. They are manufactured to meet the specific requirements of AquaPlus, however that's where the similarities end. They also have a different control panel and modes of operation.

Q: Do they still work in winter?
A: Yes.

Q: Are they noisy?
A: They do make some operation noise when operating as do all heat pumps. They are rated at 43dBA. You can set the timer so they do not run at night^.

Q: What temperature can the tank be set to?
A: They generally heat to 55 DegC, this is a little lower than some competitors, it also assists with efficiency and running costs.

Q: I have seen other brands sounding similar such as Aquatech, is it the same?
A: No, they are totally different brands and models.
